Financial Aid

You may be eligible for more Financial Aid than you think! Please visit a staff member in the Office of Financial Aid to review your specific situation. With documentation, student veterans are often able to recalculate their financial need and award, reducing the expected family contribution toward your education and rebudgeting your military pay and benefits to the true amounts you will be receiving at UM.

Remember if you are receiving Veterans Benefits, you must complete the Veterans Benefit Questionnaire Form through the Office of Financial Aid. The type and amount of benefit that you are anticipating that you will be receiving may have an impact on your financial aid eligibility.
