Are you currently a Transfer Connections Mentee (TCMee), past Mentee or an interested transfer student?                  

We are not currently accepting applications for Transfer Mentors. We begin to recruit for this position in winter 2013.

Join us at one of the upcoming Mass Meetings announced in the MPlanner to learn more about this paid position through the Office of New Student Programs.

January 15

January 25   

TC Mentor Applications Due via e-mail by 5pm.

February 2     

e-mail first round status letters from TC office. Applicants who pass the first round will be invited for an in-person interview with our staff.

February 11 - Feburary 22

Mentor Interviews, ONSP Conference room, 1100 LSA. Those accepted for interviews will sign up for a specific time slot during these days.

March 8         

E-mail final status letters from Mentorship office.

March date TBA        

Transfer Mentor Training.

Summer 2013

By July, Mentors will be informed of the mentees in their groups. Once this is received, mentors should contact their mentees and, if possible, plan to meet prior to the Kickoff event. Throughout the summer, all LSA transfers (whether or not they are participants in Transfer Connections) receive our newsletters and are encouraged to apply to the program.
