Faculty/Staff Mentor Incentives Mentorship continues to offer incentives to Mentors to recognize their consistent dedication to the program and for their contributions over the course of the semester. Learn more about these exciting opportunities at the start of fall semester.
The Mentor's Lounge--Scheduled for Tuesday, October 2, 2012 Faculty and staff enrolled as mentors enjoy a special luncheon each year, compliments of the program. At this event, they are invited to exchange ideas, meet other mentors with common interests, bring colleagues along for recruitment and share advice in a casual atmosphere. They should RSVP to Lydia to attend this event by September 30, 2012.

Given to faculty and staff with over 10 years of mentorship involvement and awards for mentors who have participated in the program for consecutive years. Awarded yearly at the annual Mentorship Reception/Workshop
Help us identify potential faculty and staff mentors! Beginning with 2008 faculty/staff recruitment, applicants who cite you as a reference on their mentor applications and who are accepted into the program will be treated to lunch or dinner with you, on us! Only current FS Mentors are eligible to refer other Mentors. Awarded November-July. 
Nominated by Communication Coordinators (Mentorship staff) for exceptional work over the course of the semester. MOTY will be announced and awarded at the closing winterfest event. Awarded yearly at Winterfest . 
For faculty and staff who have participated in the progam, our goal is to raise awareness in academic and professional comnmunities about the work of our mentors! Announcement letters to departments will be mailed out during winter semester to the supervisor you specify on your mentor application.
