MentorshipFaculty and Staff Mentors: Be a 2013 F/S Mentor! APPLICATIONS FOR FALL 2013 Available starting November 7, 2012 ! CHECK BACK TO APPLY! If you complete this application between April 2013 and July 2013, you will be considered for a faculty/staff mentoring position that begins in September 2013. For new mentors, only online applications will be accepted through this site.
NEW Faculty and Staff Mentors: Please note you will be asked to log in with your uniqname and kerberos password in order to access the 2012 Application. Please fill out all required information completely; the essay questions help us honor your preferences and learn more about you to make matching a smooth process. Without full completion of the essays, our staff will have difficulties matching you with a mentorship group.
RETURNING Faculty and Staff Mentors (mentors who participated in consecutive years including 2011) should NOT complete an online application. Returning mentors SHOULD complete the email survey they will receive in April indicating their interest. This survey will allow you to change contact information, indicate matching preferences, and update your supervisor's name. All applicants will be contacted on a rolling basis through July 2013 with their status and group information. Space is limited so participation is not guaranteed.
