2010

January 12

January 19    

Peer Mentor Applications Due to Mentorship Office by 5pm.

February 1      

Pick up first round status letters from Mentorship office. Applicants who pass the first round will be invited for an in-person interview with our staff upon receiving acceptance.

February 2-19

Peer Mentor Interviews, Various Conference Rooms, Michigan Union. Those accepted for interviews will sign up for a specific time slot and location within the Michigan Union during these days, where 2 CCs will interview each Peer Mentor.

February 26         

Final status emailed to interviewees.

March 20    

Peer Mentor Training, 10:30am-4:00pm, Michigan League Koessler Room (3rd floor) The training is essential for the success of mentors and allows you to meet the other mentors in your core and participate in workshops to prepare you for your experience as a mentor. Lunch provided.

Summer 2010

By mid-August, Mentors will be informed of the mentees in their groups. Once this is received, mentors should contact their mentees and, if possible, plan to meet prior to the Kickoff event in September.
